Mindful Recovery Group - Perhaps 12 step is not working for you or perhaps you are looking for something to add to your current recovery program. This is an abstinence based, weekly group focused on mindfulness and rational recovery. We will hold short weekly meditations, a variety of readings, articles and discussions, recovery techniques based on evidence-based theories such as REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy). Being a new group, the format of the group will grow with us. Court cards can be signed by facilitator.
