You feel like you don't belong anywhere. Your drinking has moved beyond the social drinking stage, but you have not yet moved into the alcoholic stage. You are concerned about your drinking, ready to do something, but it seems like a lifetime of abstinence is the only option.
This 10 session psycho-education program will break down the issues and help you see if you can become the responsible drinker you want to be.
Cost is $1000 in full or pay as you go at regular cost of $140 per session.
